Email support@leechlabs.io. Include your Cardalog version, iOS/Android version, device model, the screen involved, and the steps that led to the issue. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card information, signing keys, or unrelated personal photos. A response-time guarantee is not offered on this page.

Back up your records

Open Settings → Import or export My Vault and use the CSV export/share option. Save the file somewhere you control. CSV contains collection fields; it is not a complete photo archive or a promise to restore every binder setting. Review the file before sharing it.

Delete local data

Open Settings → Delete all local data and confirm to remove the local collection, binders, lists, activity, and app-saved card photos. Export first if you need a copy. This operation cannot be undone inside Cardalog. Original photo-library images, operating-system backups, exported files, support messages, and third-party diagnostic records are separate. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Account deletion

Cardalog 1.0.0 does not create user accounts or synchronize a cloud vault. There is no account login or account-deletion form. Local-data deletion is available as described above. To ask about information you sent to support, email us; do not include credentials.

Scanning and catalog coverage

Scan assistance is not authentication, professional grading, or a guarantee of an exact match. Review the suggested printing before saving. The release includes a limited English Pokémon reference pack; other card families can be recorded manually. If a match is uncertain, try better light, reduce glare, include the card's edges, or use catalog search/manual entry.

Market estimates

Supported lookups require internet access. An unavailable estimate is not a zero value. Provider estimates are not guaranteed sale prices or appraisals; edition, finish, and condition can change value. External eBay searches open a separate service, not a Cardalog transaction-price feed.

Permissions and privacy

Camera and photo access are used for the input you choose. Manage permissions in your device's settings. OCR is processed locally, but Google ML Kit diagnostics and requested catalog lookups can send data off the device. Read Cardalog's Privacy Policy.
